The Jackson Purchase Historical Society holds monthly meetings and supports community events related to the history of the Jackson Purchase area. As a JPHS member you receive a print copy of the current Journal, published yearly which is an award-winning resource of historical information about the Jackson Purchase area. The wide range of resources kept on the Society’s web page offers information at your fingertips about area attractions and so much more. Becoming a member gives you the opportunity to network with individuals interested in contributing to the cultural life of the Jackson Purchase area, and to participate in writing and preserving its history.

Membership Classifications

We offer individual, family, and institutional yearly dues for the current calendar year. Lifetime membership is a one-time payment. Donations are tax-deductible as the Jackson Purchase Historical Society is a 501 © 3 association.
