The JPHS is pleased to announce that Richard Parker has accepted appointment as Vice President to replace Bob Lochte who resigned in November, moving to Florida. Parker will serve out the balance of Lochte’s term. Richard Parker was born in Murray, Kentucky, and grew up in Paris, Tennessee. He studied History at Murray State University and is currently working towards his Masters at Western Kentucky University. After teaching History in the public school system, he accepted a position with the U.S. Forest Service as an educator.
